Red Cliff Rehab I and II was a collaboration with Architects DSGW (Rehab I) and Travois Design (Rehab II) and Blackwolf and Dahl Construction for the Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa in Bayfield, Wisconsin.  The projects spanned 2013-2018 and managed to rehab 78 single family homes, utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits.  The entire interior and exterior of the units were totally rehabbed, implementing Wisconsin Green Built Homes and ResCheck requirements as well as adding new garages and driveways.  In addition, the project completely renovated the main Community Center, Red Cliff Chippewa Housing Authority offices and the exterior of the Elder’s Building; added an expanded parking area and two playgrounds.
