This unique design + build project is a custom residence in the historic Coleman Highlands neighborhood of Kansas City. The project takes advantage of an irregularly shaped site and is designed to fit in with the scale, proportion and exterior materials of the neighborhood. The open floor plan creates a loft like interior and allows for the entire home to be wheelchair accessible.
