This 1970s home was so full of mold from water damage that sat for 10 years that everything needed to be removed and replaced. The 2800 sf house was gutted down to the studs in most locations and completely redone to include four bedrooms, four and a half baths, ensuite. Set atop a hill in Parkville, the grade quickly drops away in the back, making inhabitants feel like they are in a treehouse from almost any room in the house.
